We are a bunch of passionate professionals that specialize in developing & executing “Personal brand marketing” programs & “Targeted Visibility” activities for our Senior & Top Leadership clientele who are contemplating change or actively exploring potential opportunities.

A Concept that evolved into a Full Service Program

Coming from very strong Recruitment, Executive Search & Sales backgrounds we realized that a very “niche” need was not being fully addressed when it came to Senior Leadership and CXO level job seekers.

The Challenge

All that the Job Seekers at this level had, were mundane methods of job search & networking with no proper strategy in place, while “hoping” that they would catch the attention of someone from the market place soon enough.

Recruiters nor Executive Search firms are not in position to assist them during this highly critical, career defining stage because of the nature of their business engagement model that requires these firms to sign mandates & contracts with companies. In fact they are only focussed on servicing the needs of their Client Company. There simply is nobody offering to work as a “Partner for Success” on behalf of an “Executive level Job Seeker” on a personalized one on one, daily engagement basis.

Evolution

We started exploring the concept of our Targeted Visibility program about 5 plus years ago, we formally started operations as CB Scribes in late 2014. The concept itself was envisioned by Chief Strategist, Frederick Daniel with 17 years of recruitment and people positioning experience.

Initially this was started to only assist leadership level professionals in creating the right message to the market by developing “Highly Personalised” and impactful resumes and LinkedIn profiles. However, despite having tools such as our “High Impact Resume” and LinkedIn profiles, the responses from the market were not impressive.

However, further research revealed that the “Executives Job Seekers” did not have an outreach mechanism in place for network building with target organisations and target decision makers and enablers. We also noticed that they had shared their profile only with a handful of people that they knew or were comfortable with in their network. Some of them were also very hesitant to proactively reach out to people they did not know.

Solution

The solution to plug the gap as we saw, was to strategically & proactively reach out to both Decision Makers & Decision Enablers in target markets. We started developing customized strategies and most importantly owned the responsibility to execute these custom strategies for wiring /connecting/network building with decision makers who can take “Hiring Decisions” at this level. We also enabled strategic engagement & networked with decision enablers & executive level job mandate holders (HR, TA teams, Search Specialists) which resulted in significant visibility for our clients with their target audience.

For us this was just the beginning of realising the potential of providing personalised outreach programs. From a concept to a fully developed service today, we provide our services to some of the top business leaders & Executives across the globe.
