She is an MBA in Human Resources from the Welingnkar Institute of Management and has a Degree in Commerce & Accounting.
In her current role Kavita is responsible for leading and anchoring all “Leadership Level” Branding programs & Targeted Visibility services which form the core of the services rendered at the Senior Leadership and CXO levels.
Coming from a very strong recruitment & executive search background, Kavita spearheads the Delivery & Development of key processes performed by a team of researchers for Strategic Search & Opportunity Identification, Research & Information gathering, Network Development, Resume Reorganization & LinkedIn optimization. She also provides consultations & “Thought Process” facilitation to senior executives for interview management, Interviewer Background development, Expectation Setting with Target Employers, Salary Negotiations and other critical areas
